GSP: “I’d rather fight Diaz than Condit” – Inside MMA
While LIVE on Inside MMA on Monday UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre dropped a bit of a bombshell on us, telling Kenny and Bas that although he likes Carlos Condit more as a person he would rather see Nick Diaz win the Diaz v. Condit fight, because he would rather fight Nick Diaz. Here GSP explains his reasoning.

@maxpower789z cracked a code my ass. the criteria for winning is striking, aggression and octogon control. u aren’t showing aggression or octogon control running and backing away. if gsp ever fights diaz, u’d see his code cracked then. condit will run from gsp like mosley ran from pacquiao
@ratedtriplex Well, change the rules so more fights will be like Nick’s fights, then. Add yellow cards, better reffing, better judging, etc. Until then, Condit won. Quit complaining on YouTube videos and shit, everyone is fucking tired of it. You’re better off emailing Keith Kizer if you really care that much.
@maxpower789z i bet u won’t take the “change the rules” attitude the next time someone gets robbed. diaz won under the criteria they put in place but the judges fucked up again. ppl wouldn’t complain if there was nothing to complain about.
@ratedtriplex For fucks sake, dude. It was close. Some people see it Condit, some Diaz. Get the fuck over it already. It’s done. It’s the past. Considering how much debate there is on BOTH sides, it shows how close it was. You may be totally right that Diaz won, but you should still shut the fuck up already. Seriously.

@daveyboy728 weed. looks like he will be gone for a year most likely. maybe 6 monts. either way way he wont be in the cage for 5-8 months while they appeal it. so it would be better for condit to fight ellenberger again and crush him. or wait for gsp. i think he finishes gsp. he is best finisher by farr at WW
